She began her career in capital markets before transitioning into recruiting, where she went on to hold increasingly senior roles at a leading Toronto-based firm. This unique dual perspective shapes her ability to understand mandates with nuance and deliver thoughtfully aligned talent. Mary’s work is defined by long-term relationships, discretion, and a genuine investment in the people she partners with. She believes the best outcomes come from trust, consistency, and a deep understanding of both clients and candidates over time. ASI is named in honour of her three daughters, reflecting the personal foundation behind her professional work and the long-term mindset she brings to every search. Outside of work, Mary enjoys cooking and hosting for family and friends, painting, working on puzzles, reading, and traveling.
