About the Role

Join ASI Search Partners as a Recruitment Associate Intern and gain hands-on experience in executive search for Canada's buyside investment community. This role offers unique exposure to private equity recruiting, AI-powered talent intelligence, and the inner workings of Canada's capital markets.

What You'll Do

• Support candidate research and sourcing using our proprietary AI tools and databases
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and prepare detailed profile summaries
• Assist with market research on personnel moves, compensation trends, and industry developments
• Contribute to The Monthly Maple Report by tracking Canadian capital markets activity
• Help maintain our database of 28MM+ tracked professionals
• Support client projects and learn the full recruitment lifecycle

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field)
• Strong interest in private equity, venture capital, or investment management
• Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools/platforms
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Available for 4 month commitment (co-op term ideal)
